Does this work with the free HestiaCP?

Yes. HestiaCP is GPL-licensed and free to install on any VPS. BluixHestia is the WHMCS bridge — it talks to a HestiaCP node you control.

How does the licence validate?

A 25-character licence key (e.g. BHPRO-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) bound to your WHMCS installation domain. Offline domain check + 24-hour phone-home to verify.bluix.net. 7-day grace period if our endpoint is unreachable.

Can I migrate from cPanel/WHM?

BluixHestia provisions new accounts only. For account migration cPanel→HestiaCP, see our migration tooling guide (separate, free).

What's included in the $199/yr Pro plan?

All Pro features (white-label, custom MOTD, custom branding, priority support) + 12 months of releases + bugfix priority lane. Renewal is required to keep receiving updates and remote validation.

Is the source code obfuscated?

The licence-validation salt is protected with ionCube. The rest of the module ships as readable PHP — audit it, fork it, extend it (within the licence terms).
